1. Warranty Coverage

  • Warranty is provided as per manufacturer / brand policy.
  • Warranty duration may vary depending on the product category.
  • Products may include:
    • Official Brand Warranty
    • Service Warranty
    • No Warranty (as mentioned on product page)

2. Warranty Validity

  • Warranty starts from the date of invoice.
  • Customer must preserve the original invoice to claim warranty.
  • Warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser.

3. What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Hardware failure under normal usage
  • Technical faults verified by service center

4. What Is NOT Covered

  • Physical damage, burn, liquid damage, rust
  • Damage caused by power fluctuation or misuse
  • Unauthorized repair or modification
  • Software issues, virus, data loss
  • Accessories (cable, adapter) unless mentioned

Also note

  • Only the warranty written on our invoice counts; where the box says something different, the invoice applies.
  • Opening the product yourself, or trying to, voids the warranty.
  • Software, consumables (for example toner and ink) and products used for crypto mining are not covered.
  • The brand repairs or replaces products under warranty, so repair time depends on the brand: from a few days to more than 45 days.

5. Warranty Claim Process

  2. Provide invoice and product details.
  3. Product will be checked by service team.
  4. Repair or replacement depends on brand decision.

6. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is subject to brand/service approval.
  • Replacement time may vary based on product availability.
  • No cash refund for used or opened products.
