Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you buy from Sheba IT Solution through this website. Seller: Sheba IT Solution, Shop: 203, 1st Floor, Taher Tower, Gulshan-2 Circle, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

1. Orders

  • Placing an order sends us a request to buy. The order is accepted when our team confirms it with you.
  • We may cancel an order, for example when a product is out of stock, a price was shown wrongly, or we cannot reach you. If you already paid, we return the money (see Returns & Refunds).
  • One online order can hold a limited number of products. For a bigger order, contact us on WhatsApp +8801977417102.

2. Prices

  • Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The price that counts is the one shown when you place the order.
  • The delivery charge is added: inside Dhaka 250৳, outside Dhaka 350৳. Our team confirms it with you.

3. Payment

  • Cash on Delivery: pay when you receive the product.
  • bKash / Nagad: after placing the order, send the amount to +8801977417102 and tell us on WhatsApp. We check the payment by hand before we send the order.
  • We never ask for your PIN or OTP.

4. Delivery

  • Usual delivery time: 1–5 working days inside Dhaka and 1–7 working days outside Dhaka (by courier), counted from when we confirm the order.
  • Please check the product when you receive it, and tell us at once if it is damaged or not what you ordered.
  • You can follow your order on Track Order.

5. Warranty, returns and refunds

Warranty follows our Warranty Policy. Returns and refunds follow our Returns & Refunds policy.

6. Your account

  • Keep your password to yourself. You can sign out on all devices from your account.
  • Give correct contact and delivery details, so we can deliver your order.

7. Reviews and questions

Reviews and questions you post must be honest and polite. We may choose not to publish them.

8. Product information

We try to keep product details, pictures and stock correct. If something looks wrong, contact us before you order.
